The well is on the right side after the Central Tree campfire in the Deep Cooper Forest. You must throw the Copper Crown into the well to get the achievement. The Cooper Crown is located in a chest in the Basement level of Lake of Anna.

The Chest with the Copper Crown is inside a jail cell that is unlocked by interacting with the level inside the secret room locked behind the weight mechanism.
