Dinner room is the locked door at base of stairs, the one with the weird symbol on it. You are looking for the T pin, Pin 1, I believe it's called in achievements.
Pin is located on the grandfather clock, middle of clock faceplate, at the end on right of the hand (don't come for me that's what was I taught to call it in school. The thing points to numbers)
YOU HAVE to make sure to click on the hand or it'll just show you the clock over and over, but if you go up look at where the actual clock is you can point to hand. Pin is on there. Collect it then open door.
Also without giving too much away, you'll see the doll in little video when you open the door.
& incase you haven't figured it out yet, you can doe in each room just by triggering all the little things in each room & letting time run out or taking too long.
