Is this in Chapter 1?

EDIT: Ok.... found it now, wouldn't occur after about 5 attempts. Only happened when I quit out to main menu and loaded back in. Happened first attempt.

As soon as you spawn into the street, walk forward towards the man hole cover on the road. If it doesn't work first time, reload the game

As soon as the phone first appears in your hands and a call is made to it (before entering the castle), you need to walk along the roadway, along the strip closer to the highway.
