The best method I've found would be to use 4 controllers (or as many as you can) and:
Forge
1 round
Conquer - Tournament
Advanced settings ( - | - | - | - ) as in all settings to minimums
Change the orbital to the warp
Start the game and simply do not concentrate on the zones and instead shoot rockets!

I would add choose 4 rounds so you do not have to reset as much.

Cancel that advice, if you don't finish all 4 rounds you do not get any credits. This game is uncool in so many ways...
