Bugged as of 8/7/2021 due to the "Bladestaff" weapon being unlocked at the start of the game but not registering as unlocked for the achievement - this also prevents upgrading the weapon. Fix expected late August 2021.
Update 9/31/2021: Fixed with August 31st game update, simply buy every item and the achievement should unlock - if you're playing from a previous save just upgrade the Bladestaff once to trigger the previously bugged achievement.

bug is now fixed via update (end of Aug.2021).

Unfortunately it was been bugged - UNTIL NOW!
If you were previously at 97%, make sure you have the newest (Aug 31) patch and buy any upgrade (I bought the level upgrade for the window of butterflies)
