Choose Quest
Play until you can enter the Dungeon. There are two ways to unlock this achievement, both RNG related:
1. If you see a Goblin, choose the option to Fight. You'll get Wound, with the option to Tend it. Select this and hope the RNG fails for the achievement
2. If you see a Lever, choose the option Up. This will trigger an arrow, with the option to Jump. Select this and you'll get Wound, choose to Tend and hope the RNG fails for the achievement

I’m not getting the option tend after either of these events. It’s telling me wound and then moves onto the next random event. Any ideas?

@Okeem. Read the guide. It's all RNG. Nothing you can do except get lucky
