When you get the Kraken Event but not the Weapons Event before, then you have only Sticks. and Stones. and you cannot kill the kraken with that.

I cannot get this piece of shit achievement. Either I get the kraken WITHOUT rockets, or I get rockets and after that the end of the world. This one SUCKS and there must be some more answers that are important besides what's here.

Every single time I have picked Flooding > Barriers which then leads to Tsunami > Evacuation (and all the other ones in the solution of course), the Kraken has appeared afterwards. Just takes some luck to get both Stars and Rockets before that happens.
