This is obtained in the Stories. > World. mode.

This can be subject to RNG because you need the "Ink" prompt to show up, which it doesn't always do.
The only world settings that I encountered that gave Ink as an option were as follows:

Water. > Plenty.
Water. > Everywhere.
Water. > Oceans.
I don't think the next seven choices matter (three for Plants., one for Wind., and three for Animals.), so I just spammed the A button and pressed D-pad up on each prompt until reaching:

Humans. > Accept.
Society. can be either Ordered. or Chaotic., I was able to get this with both.

Now comes the RNG. You'll encounter a handful of prompts in random order until reaching the "City." prompt. The one you want for this is "Ink." If you get it, choose:
Ink. > Drawing.
Some more RNG, hopefully you get the following prompts:
Galleries. > Accessible.
Fashion. > Expression.
Selecting "Expression." is what gives this achievement.


Some other tips:
I encountered the Kraken whether I selected Octopus as an animal or not, so it's a possibility either way. If you select "Sacrifice." for either the "Flooding." or "Tsunami." prompt, it says "Appeased." and the kraken does not appear.
If you encounter the "Venom." prompt, you can select "Weapons." instead of "Medicine.", which reduces one possible prompt going forward, which I believe will help your RNG odds of encountering "Ink." and the other necessary prompts going forward.
This one was frustrating me because I thought I had to get to the "Schools." prompt for this, so I kept selecting "Writing." for "Ink.", but the key filter point seems to be selecting "Drawing." and not "Writing."
