You should find this enemy early in the thorny swamp. Kill him using the Y blow without falling on the ground.

There is one of these blob things to the right of the entrance to the Ginso Tree and also to the left of the Thornfelt Swamp Spirit Well (bellow the 3 swinging spikes).

Comment was much more helpful than the guide. Show the location. "Early in area X" isn't helpful at all.

I used one of the green rolling mobs to unlock this achievement. If you keep bashing upward, it will just roll in place and won't take damage so you can bash it however much you'd like. The one I used in Valley of the Wind. Here's a screenshot of the location:

I recommend saving right before you reach the mob just in case you accidentally fall on it and kill it.
Edit: I think the rolling mob in Thornfelt Swamp is even better.
