This achievement is obtained in Black Root Burrows, after you have unlocked the Light Burst ability. It is a non-missable achievement as you have to complete it to leave the area. I have included a video showing the location in Black Root where you get the ability as well as how to unlock this achievement.

FYI, i just finished the game, & was wondering why i never got the last to abilities, so i looked up the achievements associated with them. I thought i would get an ability later to let me see down in this area, so i never explored it. You may want to revise your answer, because it is definitely missable.
