Not sure when I got this, most people will probably get this by chance. If you are struggling try one of these methods.
- Jump over one of the green rolling enemies so that is falls of a cliff or into a hazard.
- Lure a leaping frog to jump into a hazard.
- near an owl, stand by a wall of spike, let it charge you, then jump out of the way
