After beating the game once for your 100% run, you should be familiar with the hazards and puzzles, allowing you to move more quickly through the game. Make sure you don't go out of your way for any collectibles, skip the prologue and any cutscenes you can, and avoid as many fights as possible. The game can easily be completed in a little over two hours by fairly casual players so there's a fair amount of wiggle room. Do this on Easy difficulty to allow yourself some more leeway with enemies and hazards.
