Charge Flame is the first special ability that Ori learns. Holding X uses an Energy Ball and charges the Spirit Flame, releasing X then causes an Explosion. There are Cracked Pillars around the Map that can be blown up by using the Charged Flame. These pillars tend to glow Blue, that is how you know that you can blow them up using Charged Flame.
There are other pillars that either have no colour aura or are a different colour such as green. These cannot be cleared with Charge Flame. Once you have cleared 5 of the blue pillars this achievement will unlock. There are more than 5 to clear and if you are working on 100% Map discovery you will easily get this during your play through.

Seems to be bugged on Definitive Edition

I beat the game on hard mode and never got this achievement. That makes 4 that I have earned but have not popped
