There are five Spirit Shrines throughout the world. Complete the encounter at each one to increase your maximum shard slots.
1) Inkwater Marsh
2) Inkwater Marsh
3) Wellspring Glades
4) Mouldwood Depths
5) Silent Woods
After completing all five, this achievement will unlock along with Shine Bright.
The Shrine Bright achievement in Ori and the Will of the Wisps worth 54 pointsComplete all Spirit Shrines

While these combat shrines are not crazily hard on Hard difficulty, if anyone is doing a no-damage run it can be quite a challenge, but some of those shrines are in areas which can be exploited to cheese a few enemies or give you room for planning the next move. Of course, equipping shards which grant damage increase + upgraded Spirit Surge can also help you quickly reduce enemy numbers to avoid taking hits.

I think that Fully Slotted and Shrine Bright will always pop together. It's strange that they made two achievements for essentially the same actions.

This and Shine Bright go hand in hand as you get 1 shard slot from each shrine. They are super easy once you have upgrades (especially the two 25% damage upgrade spirit trees).
The video has a pinned comment with timestamps for every collectible so tou can just skip to the 5 shrine locations if that is all you're after.

LifeExpectancy's video guide is too generalist. I have found a video guide focusing only on Shard Slots and Spirit Shrines. One video to get two achievements (I didn't understand the differences since they look linked to each other...)
