The Kwolok Boss Battle - Video Below
This isn't too difficult of a battle. The first part of it is a chase, with the second being two stages.
In the first stage take note of the blue crystal for energy on the right. Switch between throwing fireballs, sending back the toad's fireballs and jump alongside the wall to come down slashing the head of the toad.
The second stage is when water starts filling the area, make sure to heal as this is happening. Dip into the water and burst around to dodge. Burst into the blue crystal to get energy, then burst out of the water to throw fireballs. Keep doing this, and then also send back his missiles when he sends them. Watch out for the dark blue stuff he sends out, dodge it. From there, if he sucks in water burst out of the water and hug the wall. Repeat the abilities for the damage. Is there really a contingent of hardcore players that insist on long cinematic chase sequences? Do they really think "I had to repeat the sequence only 7 times before I made it through. I feel cheated unless I have to repeat it at least 20 times."

It has to be said, but this is by far the worst thing about the Ori games. Total bullshittery like this where you basically have to take repeated leaps of faith (which punish you with death), and then repeat until through repetition you can remember exactly what to do and where. It's just poor game design.

Kwolok is the boss encountered in Luma Pools and defeating him is required to obtain the wisp Strength of the Forest. Please refer to "Timely Demise" for battle tips.
