How to unlock the Juggling Act achievement in Ori and the Will of the Wisps - Definitive Guide
Once you obtain Bash you will nees to "climb" back up the way you came by bashing off purple projectiles. The one that is firing horizontal is quite easy to just get on the right side of the screen then Bash upward off one, Jump at the peak of the bash, bash of a 2nd as it approaches, jump, and bash off a 3rd. You dont actually have to "juggle" the projectiles themselves, just bash off 3 or 4 without touching the ground. This spot is easy to bash off of them indefinitely without stopping.

I did it on the entrance to Mouldwood Depths with the hanging spiders, where you are using gliding on wind gusts which keep you afloat so if you miss a projectile you are still airborne.

Unlocked this by accident in Mouldwood depths.
AS others have said the idea is to bash off three enemy projectiles over a period of 5 seconds or more without touching the ground.
At the start of Mouldwood depths you will come across a spider firing three pink projectiles. As the whole area has an up draft simple get near the spider. Bash off the projectile and then float in the up draft until it fires again. Repeat until the achievement unlocks.

This can be attempted after Ori has acquired the story-related passive ability Bash in Kwolok's Hollow. Bash allows Ori to use enemies, enemy projectiles and lanterns to change direction in midair. After acquiring Bash, Ori must use it to leave the area by bashing purple projectiles continuously emitted by enemies in the environment, so keep bashing these projectiles and remaining airborne all the while for the achievement to unlock.

I did it in the overgrown depths, there are a lot of spiders there that shoot three charges, but you can do it anywhere, the main thing is to find these spiders. If Ori is not far from such a spider, then at the moment when it spits out three balls, you need to apply impulse (jumping away from a flying projectile) and Ori will freeze all three. Don’t let go of the impulse for five seconds - the achievement is yours
