Update: Latest patch appears to have fixed achievements.

You start the game with 3 cells meaning collecting all 24 cell fragments gets you to 15 of each. The other 5 to reach 20/20 are added when you complete certain objectives (end of wellspring water mill, end of bauer's reach, end of luma pools, end of mouldwood depths, and end of windtorn ruins if I am not mistaken).

Note: If your save file says 19/20 even though you have collected all of them from the map and the achievement doesnt pop you MIGHT have to re-do this. However a user below stated that when it didnt pop he defeated Shriek then reloaded the save and it popped. He didnt mention if his counter increased from 19/20 to 20/20 though.

I was looking for something like that, because I have all the collectable cells (24/24) and 19/20 in the menu

I believe that the bugged event is the last one, when you need to escape the giant worm in the temple.

The health, game completion and collect all collectables achievements did not pop. This one did. There's hope that some may for others that didn't for me and this one doesn't for others where it did for me. I'm sure there will be a fix soon.

Those of you that have 20/20 might try loading a "backup save" from before grabbing the last one and re grab it if possible to see if it pops.

Actually there are 23 full health and energy orbs by the end of the game if you put the extra 3 each you buy from twillen and use a slot to put them in. But yes the achievement isn't working.

The 3 from the shard slot do not count for the purposes of this achievement. Which is why I did not include them. The save file will say 20/20 if you collect everything and it doesnt glitch, not 23/23.

If i take a look at the back menu with tree and quest items, there a two points energy and magic that dont light up. Is it possible that complete is 25/25. perhaps we can grab one more for each race in paar time or otherwise?

I see no energy orbs on my map. Tracker at 88%, stats in menu show 19/20.

@vSully Same for me. 19/20, both energy and life, tracker at 94%. Got the achievement for all collectibles, so i collected all in the game.

I had 19/20 before final boss then got the last one and it didn’t pop. Then beat shriek and reloaded that save and it popped

Was at 20/20, haven't beaten the game yet. Achievement didn't pop. Saved, quit to menu, and reloaded and it popped right away. For anyone that might run into that. Didn't need to beat Shriek.

Yep just need to back out of the game once you max out. I was missing shard hunter, abilities and energy achievements and they all popped when I backed out and went in again.

It seems that the in-game tracker can get frazzled, but the XBL achievement tracker tracks it fine.

For me, both my health and energy are both 18/20 each. However the achievement tracker indicates that both are at 95%. Seeing as 20 shards is 5%, I'm missing one each. Hopefully this will unlock when the time comes.

After collecting all Energy Orbs and saving, I just needed to quit to the game menu and reload the save for this to pop.

It's been more than 3 years and the devs still doesnt fix the problem for this achievement, you need to quit to menu and reload the save again to this achievement pop.

I have a feeling anyone with the 19/20 issue may have to re do it. I think the game is just checking for 20/20.

I can confirm that my in-game counter is stuck at 19/20, but Powerful and Healthy both unlocked. I had to Quit the game and restart it. I have 100% of every area and nothing I've tried has changed it to 20/20. Full restart, deleted profile from console and re-synced it from cloud. It doesn't matter for the achievement, but it's annoying to see my hard work being scored as 19/20! Interestingly, I played this on a different profile when the game first came out - before the patch - and I was stuck with most of the "completionist" end of game achievements not unlocking. After the patch they all unlocked, but even on that profile it always had 20/20.

Ori can have a maximum of 20 Energy Cells; 3 are given at the beginning of the game and 5 are given through story progression. The rest 12 are divided into 24 Energy Cell Fragments all over the maps. Please refer to the Hand to Hand quest in "Completionist" for their locations.
