The other guide is correct. If you have a level 15 Daughter, which is max level, at any point this will pop. Note that while base mission experience is awarded at the end of the mission, individual Daughter experience for various in mission actions, such as getting a kill, is awarded immediately. Because of this you may actually get this during a mission.
The main reason for this solution is in the spoiler tags. I wanted to include a basic level grinding solution that I can reference from other guides and it makes the most sense to include it here. The below is based on suggestions by uhKillswitch and contains minor spoilers.
Effectively you want to grind The Maid and The Child over and over again. The Maid is the easier fight by far and contains no real randomness so it’s up to you if The Child is too stressful. The Child does provide almost twice the experience though, so only focusing on The Maid will slow you down.
Your Graveyard can only hold 32 Daughters, if you end a run when it’s full or otherwise lose a Daughter they will be lost forever. Always clean out your Graveyard on each new Recollection!
When you start a Recollection there are always 3 Daughters that we’re not going to use. After verifying that your graveyard isn’t full, sacrifice two to the third so there’s only one confusing Daughter hanging about. If you don’t bother to assign skills first there easy to spot in the Graveyard as they only have one skill listed.
Now, go delete (Forget) three Daughters, the two you just sacrificed and the one that was still around at the end of the previous Recollection. Don’t be lazy about this.
Ideally you’ll have made it to the 5th week, 4th day and have 5 Resurrection Tokens by now. If not you can stick to farming The Maid.
Some Traits are level restricted, if you have Daughters below level 10 that have a lot of good Traits, especially Traits that give bonus AP, pick them first. This presumes they don’t have an awful Trait like Terrified (Arrogant is okay, -10% XP doesn’t slow this down much). If you have no great Daughters in your Graveyard you might as well Germinate some level 10 ones.
Resurrect 2 Soulslingers and two of whatever else you want to focus on. You don’t need a Scythedancer for the ultimate boss fight so save them for last (or just don’t level one). I’d suggest you level two Blademasters and one Shield Bearer, though, they’re both extremely useful late game.
Let’s say you went with a Shield Bearer and a Blademaster as an example. If you’re level 10 you’ll find The Maid very easy now. Assuming you bought the Remembrances that provide some starting Memories apply the armor debuff ones to Ghost Round and Drill to something that hits hard (like Blademaster’s Menacing Stance).
Spawn into boss fight, move everyone into a tight square, next to each other, Soulslingers in the back. The Maid will target the closest Daughter in the upper left of the square. Don’t go into burst. Put up Interrupting and Ghost, put up Menacing Stance. The Shield Bearer is welcome time stand there. Now just go around and use your chains of reactions to kill her. Shot, Slash, and Slam will activate everything. When you Slam move into backstab for it, then she’ll turn to face the Slam (if she hasn’t been hit by Shot yet) and you’ll get 2 Daughters Backstabbing and one Flanking for the rest of the fight. You should get hit with a single Interrupt from The Maid on your first melee Reaction, otherwise she’ll probably not get to do anything really. Once you’re all set up feel free to go into Burst if you want.
The Daughter who gets the final hit will get a big chunk of bonus experience, so once you’re bringing level 15 Soulslingers use Spirit Haste to make someone else activate and get the killing blow. You can also cast Spirit Round to dramatically speed up the killing.
Now either end the Recollection or bring in a third Soulslinger for The Child fight. You’ll have to pick just one of the two melee to come with you. Bringing two melee can easily turn into a problem.
Just kill The Child with Shot and Ghost Round from your Soulslingers. I know it was probably an intimidating boss fight for you very recently but with level 12+ Soulslingers it gets easy really fast. Your Soulslingers will be leveling faster than your melee so you can always run and Spirit Haste your melee Daughter to get a final hit if they’re remotely close enough. Especially once you can stack a few Spirit Rounds up a Blademaster can do 5k damage with a single Slash.
Then make sure you have at room for all your living Daughters in your Graveyard and restart a new Recollection. If you have a Daughter with exceptionally high sacrifice stats, make sure to Sacrifice her to a new Daughter before restarting.
A side benefit of all this is that it gives you a good chance of snagging some of the very powerful, low odds Traits for your Daughters, such as Hawkeye, +30% Damage, which only has a 5% chance of occurring.

Despite the description, this is actually unlocked upon having a level 15 Daughter. If this is corrected at a later time, it was "Have a level 10 Daughter" at launch.

The description was updated to reflect the actual requirements around August 10th, 2020. The solution is correct, this pops at level 15, the current max level.

The description for this trophy is wrong, you actually need a level 15 one. You will most likely get this before you're able to beat the last boss.
