Go to your Inner Void, pick a Daughter you want to sacrifice, she must be equal to or higher level than the Daughter you want to heal (the heal target doesn’t need to be missing any HP, in fact you can Germinate two brand new Daughters and do this).
Drill down into the sacrifice’s skills multiple times with
. Pick a Memory (buff) you don’t need or have multiples of (they can be re-earned multiple times and you lose them between runs so don’t horde them) and attach it. Back out to the main Inner Void screen and select Regenerate on the Daughter you want to heal, use 
on the sacrifice screen to select the correct sacrifice Daughter and , then confirm. The achievement will then pop.
