This is a cumulative achievement across all Recollections (runs)

This achievement will come naturally as you play, probably sometime in your third Recollection provided you’re doing every available mission.

Each Recollection is made up of eras, each era is 7 days (aka a week). Each week has roughly 10 missions and early Hunt missions (by far the most common mission type) have 9 enemies average (this last is my estimation, I’m relatively certain it’s very close if not precise). Let’s toss in an extra 10 enemies per week from any Escape or Rescue missions you run across. That’s 100 enemies killed per week/era.

So this is about 5 in game weeks, however you break them up between Recollections. If you just can’t beat the first boss you’ll likely need to run 5 Recollections for this to pop, if you blaze right past him and wipe on the second boss probably just 2 Recollections and maybe a bit into the 3rd. I got this right before I beat the second boss (I wiped once on first boss, then made it to second boss on the 2nd Recollection and wiped, then 3rd Recollection this popped right before the 2nd boss).
