Just play 3 matches. If you want this fast you can start a match and lose by getting covered in dirt or by starving. The dirt option is potentially faster. Find some aliens or some dirt and just walk around near them. You should flash white each time you take dirt (damage). Alternatively starve yourself to death. Doing tasks makes you hungry faster. Dont eat and eventually you'll die. Do this 3 times and the achievement will pop
