Get a good enviroment ship, e.g. yellow ship. Pack on power/fuel economy modules and get a lot of fuel and iron (you can usually do this by using 10 fuel on the drill and the probe, the approach doesn't really matter).
Get a few Omega in nature planets in case some stat gets low (~7 should be fine) and start to visit EVERY star system in a way that uses the least fuel possible. Get resources only when needed, keep the biggest quantity of helium (or you most efficient fuel) you can, use abandoned ships to harvest the start system and simply visit all the star systems as possible; the biggest problem is fuel, so just manage that and ~200 planets should get you this achievement.
