Outbreak: Lost Hope (EU)

Reptiles are - by far - the deadliest enemies in the game. Once you grab their attention, you cannot escape like you would with zombies and the other monsters - you have to kill them. Always use the Combat Shotgun, because if they start beating you up you're pretty much dead.
