Outcast - Second Contact

This can be obtained during natural story progression in Shamazaar. At some point, the Shamaz near the temple, Mazum, will ask you to bring him a stone tablet, which is in his house in the village, and you will have to find Maar to tell him about it. Maar will help you and carry the chest with the tablet in a safe place outside the village, and mention that he lost the key to it and that you will have to use dynamite to open it. Just drop the dynamite near the chest, go away to a safe distance, and shoot it. This way, you can destroy the chest without making any damage and killing no one.

This is required for the Achievement So, that's a Mon, is it? As part of that quest line, you need to open a chest in the Southwestern village with dynamite. Check the video for how to find it, hope it helps!
