twice, you will bring up a full map display. Any red markers are enemies. Simply kill 20 of them for the achievement. Will easily happen during play, so don't fret over grinding this out as there are way more than 20 on the first map.

There is more than 20 soldiers simply surrounding the storehouses you need to enter in Shamazaar. You could also just clear out the temple fae.
