The only way to reach Okaar is through a Daoka (gate) located in Okasankaar, after a heavily guarded soldier camp on the east of the region, on a small remote island that you can see from this soldier camp. Swim between the floating sacks, otherwise, you'll be eaten by the shark-like fish.
