This is in the Northwestern section of the Okaar area. It's in the big square that you see on the map, and is kind of a mini-boss. Just keep moving and shooting and it goes down easy enough, make sure to grab the organ piece in here after it's dead. Hope the video helps, check the time stamps!

Enter Achondar (big dragon head on long neck in the middle of lawa bassein) lair, go to far right corner, stand behind catted tree, so it cover you from attacks and allows you to shoot straight above it, point your gun (pistol or uzi) at snake head little after it "face" and shoot. Idea is shoot snake behind face, so target as high as possible.

To the west of the training grounds in Okaar is the achondar pen, once you walk in it will lock the gates, however i had shot it about 15 times with the level 2 pistol in the head and it died without much effort. Once it is dead, you just need to step on the 4 large pink buttons to open the exit.
