The Maar will be happy! achievement in Outcast - Second Contact worth 34 pointsDefeat at least 20 soldiers for Maar.
The Ashkar's request! achievement in Outcast - Second Contact worth 108 pointsDefeat at least 20 soldiers in Motazaar for Ashkar.
Even though the achievement description doesn't specify the number, it's 20 just like the others. You don't need to talk to Zot beforehand, just find 20 red dots on your map and take them out.
