Self explanatory really.
To get this done quickly take out all the red markers on the map from the start of the game and keep doing so as you enter new areas.
RS cycles through the 3 map options from off, mini map and full screen.
Enemies are easier to target when stationary, you can adjust the lock on target in the options to aid you, seems to lock on when the enemy has a white square round it.
Press RT to select a gun and hold LT to aim and press RT to shoot. Have fun!

You can work on this until you progress the main story after getting the 4th mon, i personally killed 250 after completed all the other regions of enemies excluding Okaar. If you want to grind it early, there are several groups of 3 soldiers that respawn everytime you enter Talanzar.
