This achievement is obtained while in Shamazaar. You start it by speaking to Zolass who is located in the center of the Western edge of the map. He will ask you to speak to Zalinass, who is located in the village in the Southwestern part of the map by the Healer. Speak to this crazy character and he will ask you to deliver the twon-ha for him. He will give you a Gui in your inventory. Select the Gui and walk over to Zolass. The twon-ha will follow you.
-WARNING-
There are several enemies in the area. It is highly advised you take out the enemies in the small camp by Zolass before doing this to prevent losing the twon-ha.
Once you speak to Zolass, choose to give him the twon-ha in the dialogue and the achievement will pop.

Thanks to Bar6arian for confirming that if the Twon-ha is killed, you need to speak to Zolass or Zalinass again to continue the quest and obtain the achievement.

I was still was able to get this since the twon-ha died but I had to go back and talk again or tell the crazy guy in the village.

This is located in Shamazaar, just a bit North of the Southwestern village. Zolass just needs his shipment from the village Twon-ha handler Zalinass, so head south and find him. Zalinass will give you a Gui which will make the Twon-ha follow you, so just guide it back to Zolass. Be careful of the soldiers around the area, as the Twon-ha will run away if there is a fight. Zolass in Shamazaar is near the Riss counters, he will give you a quest to get him one of the beasts of burden from the village. Head there and talk to the twonha herder and he will eventually give you a Gui, take it out of your inventory and the twonha you need is in the centre of the village. You will have to simply walk all the way back to Zolass, while trying to keep the twonha from getting stuck walking up stairs.
