How to unlock the From the Hearth to the Moon achievement in Outer Wilds - Definitive Guide
Fly the Model Rocket to the Moon and Sun - Achievement Guides:
After waking up at night, turn around and jump up a couple platforms to an area where you can test fly the model rocket. Use the controls to fly the model into the planetoid named Attlerock. Achievement should pop.
It works best if you have already visited the Attlerock yourself. Wake up, board your ship, and put on your space suit. Go to the computer and mark a location on the Attlerock. I used the Eye Signal Locator because it is the first location to choose from and also because it is on the north pole, which means its distance from the model ship platform varies less as the moon rotates and revolves around you.
Go to the platform and wait. When the Eye Signal Locator is about 700 meters away, launch the model ship up and forward , so that it remains in the center of your screen. Just go in a straight line up and forward, and the moon will come at the right time. Be sure not to overshoot it; if anything, you want to come in from the bottom. Don't worry about a safe landing; just plow into the moon. You will hear it crash, and the achievement will unlock.
Here's a demo. It's dark at the beginning, but I'm standing at the model ship platform, turned around and looking at the canyon wall.

Nice guide. Hah. Didn't even know I had it mapped on Attlerock. Ran out of the shop up the stairs, arrive at model. 750m. Wait. Wait, punch it. Oops not going forward enough. Rock is coming onscreen. All upthrust, all forward, punch it. (DING) Probably took 90 seconds tbh.

Here’s what you do: The second you wake up, go to the campfire, sleep for 50 seconds, get to the model launch area in 10 seconds, then hold the trigger for 15 seconds. This should impact you with the moon and if it doesn’t try it again and make sure your timings is exact.

NO SPOILERS
This is an easy achievement. I got it on my first try. Practice flying to make this easier.
Guide to From the Hearth to the Moon Achievement:
-Immediately head to Mica's Model Rocket in the village. Very shortly the Attlerock (moon) will be making a pass overhead from the left to the right.
-Right when it comes into view, take off and get some altitude. Head in the same direction as the moon and accelerate towards it until you crash into it. If you mess up, you might have time to reset the rocket and try again. If not, restart your session (it is faster than waiting on another orbit).
-Once you crash into it, the achievement will pop.
Congratulations on earning the From the Hearth to the Moon Achievement!

Location: Timber Heart
Time: Anytime but easier as soon as the Loop starts.
Special note: Do this trophy BEFORE Mica's Wrath or you will need to start a new loop to get this one.
Another quite tricky trophy: you need to land the model rocket of Timber Heart in Attlerock, the moon of Timber Heart. The real problem of this trophy, is that you have a totally bad viewpoint but luckily, there is a quite reliable method:

- When you wake up, go to the Model and stand so the prompt to fly it is on screen, but don't press anything yet.
- Turn around and look up at the top of the tree directly behind you and wait for Attlerock to appear. It should be just as you start losing sight of Giant's Deep.
- When it appears, press and hold to lift off and give a few bursts with as you ascend. Adjust a couple of times, just very briefly. Once the model Rocket hits Attlerock, you get the trophy. It doesn't need to be a smooth landing, it just needs to make contact.

"Terricon" is the Moon of our planet "Kamelka". To get the trophy, you need to bring the toy rocket to such a height that the waste heap flying past will crash into it. The main thing is not to overdo it and not fly too far. The atmosphere of Kamelka helps you get your bearings a little; by changing the color of the rocket model, you can understand that it has left the atmosphere, which means there is not much left to the Terricon’s orbit.
