How to unlock the Harmonic Convergence achievement in Outer Wilds - Definitive Guide

Super easy to get. Just take off and fly way off from the system. Make sure you are facing the planets and Hit Y to bring out your scope and switch to the Travlers Channel. If you are far enough away you will get this easily.

laughI accidentally unlocked this by going 20,000km away from the sun to another achievement yo beatt me by 4 mins laugh

It might be worth including in your guide what the actual requirement is for this achievement. For those who aren't sure, this achievement requires you to tune in to all musical instruments in the solar system at once through the signalscope. I think there's 4 of them if I recall correctly, so you need all 4 aligned.

I managed to do this from one of the planets, so you don't have to fly away from the system (although that is probably easiest).

How do you switch your scope to travellers channel? Min is on outwer wilds ventures i guess? no button seems to change this

I got it accidentally too. I went to go poo, and while I was finishing up, I heard the achievement pop. I could hear all the instruments, so it must have just picked them up by itself :)

Incomplete solution.
Terret101 offers the help that should have been in the original solution. Also, I faced each planet and clicked the Left thumbstick to switch channels until the achievement popped

An easy way to get this achievement is to launch off the planet, lock onto the sun, fly 15000 meters away from the sun, and press cn_Y to open up the signalscope. Make sure that it is on the Outer Wilds Ventures channel and the achievement will pop!

In any case, when you fly far away from all the planets, the signals converge.

Pairs well with the Deep Impact trophy.
If you fly far enough from the solar system, then all the musical signals will fall into the locator on their own. Video guide .
