How to unlock the Adventure Story Gold achievement in Outpost Kaloki X - Definitive Guide
Here are the gold medal video walkthroughs I used a few years back. They cover levels 3-10 and 14 (credit for the videos go to DanielShawn).
For other more general tips (including the levels not covered by the videos) there is also this text based guide by Drunky:

that text based walk-through is utter crap I've used it to the letter and it hasn't worked once the videos worked every time though.

I can't finish the 14th level either gold or otherwise, I follow EVERY guide I can find to a T, but I can't get anywhere near the money in time! :(

EDIT: The original link is broken, so here is a link thanks to Pr0jectMichael. It seems that the website achieve360points no longer exists.

Ok for this and war story Gold I used this website
http://www.achieve360points.com/txt/o/Outpost_Kaloki_X_....txt.
{I didn't write it or have anything to do with it's creation.} The walkthrough has step by step directions for each mission and is really useful; thought I'd put it here since no one has put any solutions for it.
Though Chapter 7 game me a lot of trouble I used this youtube video which has a different way to do it. {Again, I had nothing to do with the creation of the video}

Is there any way to go back? I finished the Adventure but didn't have all golds.

**NOTE: THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS 100% OBTAINABLE - NO GLITCHES - IF YOU READ OTHERWISE, THAT SOURCE IS OUTDATED AND WRONG!**
This achievement can be frustrating without proper preparation.
Note:
If you fail to Gold a mission, you will have to replay the entire campaign up to that mission to attempt to earn the Gold. (Unless you created a save before the mission).
I understand there are plenty of video walkthroughs, and a text-based walkthrough which will guide you through every (or nearly every) mission. Use those if you need additional guidance or help on a particular mission, although note that at certain points during Drunky's text-based walkthrough his build order could be improved a lot. However, he does admit in his own walkthrough that is it far from 'perfect'. It will work though, for the most part. (View Drunky's walkthrough here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/xbox360/930854-outpost-kaloki-x/faqs...)
General Tips:
1. Learn the Interface/Mechanics of the Gameplay.
I can't stress this enough. When you first start the game, it all can seem overwhelming; bars, cash, energy supply, 5 types of buildings, etc. It's best if you play the "Sandbox City - Small" (or medium, or large) Scenario before diving into the campaign, that way you can experiment and do some hands-on learning. Knowing what building affects what bar, and how 'upgrading' (or editting) buildings stats (Energy for power expansions, etc) can affect the gameplay will ensure you understand what the task on the mission is asking of you.
2. Memorize the Building Paths.
This one is very important. When editting (or upgrading) a building, you'll notice the in-game timer still ticks, and everything operates as normal. Because of this feature, time wasted in the menus for building and upgrading buildings is just that; wasted time. Learn what building comes after the other (Newspaper > Radio > etc), and also learn the few triggers for buildings to unlock (Ex. you must purchase the plans for the Radio and Jewel Exchange in most missions). These triggers are few but if you can anticipate them, your life will be easier.
Knowing where to navigate to find a certain building in lightning speed is CRUCIAL. By the end of the campaign, I could 80% of the time find a building by muscle memory - which means I didn't sift through the menus and look for the word or picture for a building, but rather I memorized how many times I had to press Left/Right and Down to find x building. Getting Gold medals will not require this level of understanding, but it certainly helps!
3. Utilize Shortcuts and Glitches.
Two important things are learning how to Power Cycle quickly, and make your Garage 1 (or higher) cost no power/upkeep. There won't be a lot of situations where you must power cycle, but when the need arises, you must be fast for it to be effective. Power Cycling is used when you are short on power to place an expansion.
Power Cycling:
1. Find the building you wish to place
2. Make sure you DON'T have enough power to start building it (Otherwise you won't need to power cycle!)
3. Turn off a building, preferably something of a category (Science, Trade, Nature, etc) that you own another of so you do not suffer profits if you aren't lightning fast at power cycling.
4. Quickly build the expansion identified in step 1.
5. Then quickly turn the expansion from step 3 back on.
This whole process (Steps 3-5) ideally should take no more than 2-3 seconds. The theory behind this is you save time (and often money) by not having to place another power expansion and wait for it to build.
Obviously, once the expansion you placed is complete, you WILL be short on power - keep this in mind. This method generally is followed by placing a power station while your building of choice described in step 1 is still being constructed, OR you plan to simply ramp up the building. (Ex. Ramping-up is building a Love Lines, once its finished sell and start building an Arcade, once its finished sell and start building...etc, this saves the cost of building a power expansion.)
The second part of this is to learn the Free Repair Bots glitch. This is thoroughly described in Drunky's walkthrough but I will review it for you;
1. Build your repair station (Anything works except Janitors Closet)
2. Edit it to have 0 Bots.
3. Turn off the building, and exit the menu.
4. Enter the menu, and change bots to max.
This leaves your Garage 1, or whatever you chose, costing no power or upkeep yet the repair bots still work. Janitors Closet cannot use this glitch because you cannot edit the number of repair bots in it's edit menu.
----------------------
If you follow the steps mentioned above, you should stand a great chance at success with earning Gold medals. Just remember, patience is key - some missions simply require practice to perfect them. Once you learn all the ins and outs described above, you'll (generally, and almost literally) be flying through the missions!

Here's a video playlist walkthrough from TA User a holy chainsaw, every video works flawlessly, you just gotta stick to it with every step and try to follow the same time. it gives you still a gold medal if you are 20-40 seconds behind the video.
For chapter 13, the video ends while the 5th star isn't reached, all you gotta do is wait after you recreated every step in the video.
Here's the playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTwAqMQnGTJBzbxTKuoj_...
