How to unlock the Hand of Death achievement in OUTRIDERS - Definitive Guide
To start the Bounty quests you must meet with Ujio in Trench Town (he’s in the same bar as Noah, who does the Hunter quests).
Check your map once you do, some bounties appear in previously visited areas, when talking to Jakub for fast traveling you can see if there’s a Bounty Quest in any area by a targeting reticule icon being present.
When in an area the bounty shows up on the Quest Map as a normal exclamation point, this will be for an old fashioned wanted poster, picking this up triggers the quest and the entrance is generally nearby.
All the Bounties are Captains and have powers, some are pretty dangerous (the sniper ones I found the worst).
Bounty quests only occur in the Warzone and Forest regions, for this reason this achievement can be completed much earlier than the associated achievements for The Historian and The Hunter quest lines.
The following is a list of the names:
Bounties count as a side quest for those achievements but aren’t completed until you turn them into Ujio and claim your reward (he rewards guns). I saved most of my turn ins for the end of my game and did get max level guns for most of them (there have been some folks who’ve had the opposite experience), so if you don’t need a gun right away you may want to save the turn in.

This is required for Squaretasking .
The Wanted questline and the Hunter questline both start in the same area. You'll need to progress through the story until you reach Trench Town, then complete the initial story-related quests to open up the bar area. Once it's open, head inside and inside a small room is the bounty hunter, Uijo. He'll ask you to track down bounties in exchange for gear. There are 10 total, the last of which is found in The Gate, which will allow you to complete this questline before Patron of the Past and Big Game Hunter . You'll be able to see if an area has a Bounty for you to track down and kill when you're on the world map. Just scroll over each area and if "Wanted" is listed under the available quests (and not grayed-out), it means there's a bounty to kill. There will also be a yellow "!" on the world map and, depending on what patch you're playing on, the Wanted icon.
When you're in an area, just open the area map and if there's a bounty to kill, it'll show as an icon on the map. You'll need to look for a yellow "!" to actually pick up the quest so you can complete it (it'll be a wanted poster). These are usually either right by where you'll actually find the bounty or just next to your camp. These can be done at any point so long as the area they're located in is open and captured (has a travel point). While you can wait until you finish the story to do these, the gear rewards you get from this can be quite beneficial early on in the game so it's recommended you do them as you go.
The list of the monsters and their locations are as follows:
The Perforator - Rift Town
Hannibal - The First City
Hailstorm - Eagle Peaks
Brickhead - Deadrock Pass
Bloody Baron - Wreckage Zone
Scalp King - Quarry
The Hornet - Forest Enclave
Maneater - The Stronghold
Headmasher - Ancient Ruins
Blitzkrieg - The Gate
Each of these will also count as a journal entry towards One for the Books .

There are a total of 10 tasks in the chain, each of which is done in its own location on the global map. They have a sight icon and surrender in the second peaceful city in the story (in a bar).
As with the “Historian” and “Hunter” quest chains, you are guaranteed to receive a legendary item at the end.
Accordingly, if you want to get the most out of such a reward: do the last task already at the maximum level of 30 and having a world level of 15, then you will receive a reward of the maximum available level and you will not have to spend a lot of titanite to increase the level of the legendary.

Besides all this, this is the easiest and fastest (although it takes about 30 minutes) way to farm legendary weapons. You take this task for the second time in the bar, and as stated above, for example, you do 9 kills at world level 1, and the last one at the maximum world level that you have. If you went through the tasks en masse, without running for a reward each time, then when you come to the bar and immediately hand over all 10 killed, you will receive 9 epic weapons and 1 legendary weapon, of the level that corresponds to the level of the world in which you committed the last 10th murder.
