Better than text, this solution gets straight to the point. Just watch the video and read the advices.
Never played this mode before, yesterday I got the achievement on my 6th run.
PS: Bay Area is easier than National Park IMO

After trying the Course D for months, i've tried another courses and, for me, the easiest way is to use Course A, turning left for every junction.
First and Second Stages are exactly as described by Dodgymat.
On the third stage, just slow down a bit to "run through the blue". Run and slow down again to "hit the blue cones". The third special request here is to "Keep passing cars", and you probably will not have any problems with that.
The fourth stage is simply to beat the red cars. Just do not hit any car and, if you did "Passing Breeze" or "Gunball King" achievements, you probably will not have any problem here.
The fifth stage is the tricky one. To "hit the blue cones" and "pass through the gates" you just have to slow a bit. The problem is the final task, "drift and hit the blue cones". You have to put your car on the right and start to drift perfectly hitting the cones. It's tricky, but with practice you can do it.
Here, you will just have problem with one drift, instead of the annoying Ice Scape stage.

After struggling with the other routes I followed your advice, switched to automatic gears and nailed it 3rd try with 3 seconds to go. Great solution, nice one!

To get an Overall score of AAA you must complete every task the girl sets you perfectly. Every task must result in an AAA score for the Overall to also be AAA.
A good route to take is as follows:
Start
Keep Passing Cars
Drift More
LEFT EXIT
Bay Area
Don't Crash
Collect Coins
Drift More
RIGHT EXIT
Big Forest
Special Request 1
Hit the Ghosts
Drift and Run Through Red
RIGHT EXIT
Ice Scape
Special Request 2
Pass the Convoy
RIGHT EXIT
Milky Way
Special Request 3
Collect the Stars
For the "Collect the Stars" challenge, you need to follow a "left-right-left" pattern. Start on the left side, there will be a point that you can cross over to the right side (more stars on that side), and then a final point where you can cross back over to the left side again. This should net you the most stars possible on the last stage and give you an easy AAA.
