Just be first place at the junctions (where you choose Easy or Hard) in a multiplayer race. It doesnt matter if you fall behind at any other time, as long as you are first at the junction each time you should get it.
It can be with one or more other players, so it doesn't have to be with a full grid. You can probably boost this with a mate?

Get a friend a trade this achievement. It takes about 5 minutes per race, so about 10 minutes and you will both have the GS. Also yuo don't have to complete the race just reach the 4 time extending checkpoints.

For this achievement you must be the first person to pass all the areas before choosing 'left or right' (junctions) in the race.
