For this you need to make Angel Food Cake. Buying it didn't unlock the achievement for me. You need...
Campfire - There's some trees in Harmattan you can cut for wood.
Cooking Pot - Neither of the chefs sold one, David Parks the Craftsman did though. He's one of the merchant under the tent in that group of like 4-5 in Harmattan. Near the south exit.
Flint and Steel - David also sells this. You can also light a campfire with a fire spell like Spark in place of this.
Flour, Sugar, Bird Egg - Check the two chefs in Harmattan, Ibolya near the south exit (she's by the group David is, but she's outside) and Pelletier near the northwest exit of Harmattan.
Place the Campfire Kit, light it, place the cooking pot on top of it, then interact with the pot and select manual recipe. Put the Flour, Sugar and Bird Egg in the slots and press
to make this item and get the achievement.
