The game offers one Legacy Chest per region. In Cierzo, it is found in the Cierzo Storage and must be unlocked with the Cierzo town Key, acquired by completing the Vendavel quest (see A Fortress Toppled!) or joining the Blue Chamber Collective (see The Power of Family).
