Complete the Blood Under the Sun quest. After an attack in Berg, go towards any inn to eavesdrop on some patrons. They will mention a prince of Levant has been murdered, starting the quest. The quest has a timer of 40 days. If that timer runs out or if you start your third Faction Quest, this quest will result in failure. Note that you can complete all three Parallel Quests during any playthrough, irrespective of your chosen Faction.
Solving the murder grants you the Levant Player House for free (see Home Sweet Home).
