Equip the Tsar Helmet, Tsar Boots and Tsar Armour simultaneously on one character. To craft this Tsar Set, you need a total of 11 Tsar Stones: 6 for the chest piece, 2 for the boots and 3 for the helmet. Only the blacksmith in Levant can craft the armour pieces. Furthermore, per playthrough you can receive a maximum of five Tsar Stones. Therefore, you need to collect them and pass them along to new characters using Legacy Chests.

If you complete your Faction Quests with the best possible outcomes, during the final quest you will receive a Tsar Stone. Find your second Tsar Stone in Chersonese by traveling through Ghost Pass, inspect a grave stone, and drink a Gaberry Wine when presented with the dialogue option. Complete the elevator puzzle and the Arcane Machine quest in Electric Lab (Abrassar) to receive your third Tsar Stone. Finish the Treasure Hunt quest for another Tsar Stone. For your fifth Tsar Stone, go to the Dark Ziggurat in the Hallowed Marsh and unlocking the secret room with the stone inside.

During your first playthrough, collect at least 3 Tsar Stones, create the Tsar Helmet in Levant and pass it onto your next character by placing the helmet inside a Legacy Chest.

During Character Creation, your next character chooses those Legacy Chests as their legacy and collects at least 2 Tsar Stones in the game world as well. This second character uses 2 Tsar Stones to have the Levantine blacksmith craft the Tsar Boots and place the Tsar Hemet, Tsar Boots and at least 1 Tsar Stone inside three Legacy Chests.

During Character Creation, your third character chooses the Legacy Chests with the helmet, boots and stone. Gather the helmet, boots and 6 Tsar Stones in total. With the 6 stones, commission the final piece of the set: the Tsar Armour. Wear all 3 pieces to unlock the trophy.

Since you can only gather 5 Tsar Stones during one playthrough, you must carry-over at least one Tsar Stone from a previous character using the Legacy Chests. If you do not do that, you need another playthrough for your sixth stone.

Alternatively, you can have an online player drop the three armour pieces for you. Another method is to create multiple characters that quickly run towards the grave stone in Chersonese with a Gaberry Wine in their backpack, acquire the Tsar Stone and drop the Tsar Stone for the character collecting the stones during split-screen co-op. Note that you can only use splitscreen co-op using two different PSN accounts. Use a different account that creates the multiple characters to collect the stones.
