For this you need to reach corruption status "defiled". If you enter the menu and 
over to the tab with the heart that is white and black, you will see corruption at the bottom and a %. Defiled is 75% corruption. Corruption are the green zones you see, I have only seen them in the Soroboreans DLC so far. There is a zone right outside the starting town of Harmattan if you leave via the south exit. If you look ahead you'll see a clock tower and if you enter the area the clock tower is in you'll see a green glow. Save your game and sit in the green zone until this unlocks. It probably took 5-10 minutes for me, but it'll depend on your corruption resist.
