How to unlock the Hot Pot Shot achievement in Overcooked! 2 - Definitive Guide

Load up world 1-2 in single player. The clock in this kitchen does not start until after you serve the first meal. So just toss rice into each of the three pots, dump them out and toss rice into them again, and again until the achievement pops.

Tracking does not work during the stage (just in case you thought you could check your progress during it), but the achievement does pop once you complete the 100 hot-pot-shots.

Edit: Some commenters had some confusion, so I should add that you have to toss/throw (with X) the items into the pot, not just place/put the items in the pot.

Mine won't move up no matter how many rices I boil. Stuck on 51%. This is definitely the best level though for those that are able to get the achievement to track.

My tracking stopped too, except it wasn’t the game, I kept forgetting that you MUST THROW it in the pot, with X. It worked perfectly fine lol

Not that it matters, but in case you wanna occasionally serve a meal, you can also earn this achievement in Practice Mode. And for whatever reason I thought you had to wait for the rice to cook -- you don't. Just throw the raw rice into the pot and immediately dump it into the trash. Hell throw the pot into the trash too, it'll respawn if you do. Waste food and don't feel guilty about it.

You need to throw it into the pan by pressing . You can get this trophy as you progress, just remember to roll correctly.
