How to unlock the I Ain't No Butterfingers achievement in Overcooked! 2 - Definitive Guide

Do it on level 1-1. Just 1 controller needed. Get a fish, go to upper right corner, put a player in front of another and alternate X and RB to throw/catch from one to other player. Repeat until achievement pop. Clock do not run, so take your time.

Just to let you know, if you wonder why you don't get any progress, it just clocks in after you complete the round.

I used split controller and was able to use LT / RT for throwing back and forth, rather than X / RB

if try-harding in co-op play this will probably come naturally.. if not, then it is just a grind but the tips in this solution are excellent so you should be able to get it quite quickly

Load up world 1-1 or 1-2 in single player. The clocks in these kitchens do not start until after you serve the first meal. So just toss a raw ingredient back and forth until the achievement pops.

My chefs got out of alignment quite often when tossing it “straight” between them, but if you angle them to bounce it off a surface (like the cars on the bottom of level 1-1) to each other all you have to do it alternately hit cn_X then cn_LB . Lastly, if you hit the buttons too quick a chef may drop it as they are not prepared to catch it yet, so make sure to not button mash too fast.

Tracking did not work during the stage (just in case you thought you could check your progress during it), but the achievement does pop once you complete all 250 catches.

This video helps with both the catching achievement, and the achievement for throwing away food in the trash. This is not my video, I take no credit. Just found it helpful.

Can be obtained in one or two levels simply by throwing an item back and forth from one character to another
