This did not unlock for me after getting 3 stars on every level of the game while being the host. Does anyone have a full list of the types of meals and which levels you can serve them on?

Ok, TA says I have the achievement but my Xbox and Xbox.com say I’m at 97% for this with it still locked. Not sure if it will unlock after time but I did find there were missing types of meals in the hidden levels. So make sure you complete those too.

They gave a trophy after the first chapter of the add-on about the campaign after completing the main plot. Perhaps the trophy is given for the number of open dishes, and not for any specific ones. But it is not exactly.

There are 34 dishes in the game that must be served to receive a trophy. The list is in the picture below. You can enter a level, cook a dish and immediately leave - it will be counted.
