How to:
Recommend doing this with 2 controllers.
From the main menu, select Arcade. You can do this on both Co-op and Versus mode. I recommend doing this on Versus mode as it will unlock the achievement "It's a Cook-Off" too.
Basically play this mode 15 times and the achievement will pop.
Tip:
I've found that playing the level "sushi City" consistently sets the timer at 3 minutes as opposed to other levels which range between 3-5 minutes.
