This should unlock after completing Overcooked! 2, level 1-5, where you make and serve tomato pasta while in a hot air balloon. The achievement should pop at the end of the level, though it might require you earn at least one star.

Do this in couch versus with 2 pads. Just let the timer run out. Buffet balloons is the level you want. Saves unlocking it in single player
