Select Arcade - Co-op or Verses - Festive Seasonings (10th level)
Important: You have to keep selecting the level in order to get the flamethrower level. Keep quiting out if you don't get it right away.
Hit
to go to the second player start placing Turkeys on every empty spot should be about 5 Turkeys.
Pick up flamethrower (it's yellow) and start lighting up each turkey and hold
for a long time til it turns into a fire and watch the kitchen set fire. Should unlock:
The This Is Fine achievement in Overcooked! All You Can Eat worth 21 pointsHave 10 tiles on fire at a time
Then use the fire extinguisher on all the fires.
Finish up and place 15 more turkeys and toast them again and unlock:
The Fire Hazard achievement in Overcooked! All You Can Eat worth 30 pointsUse the Flamethrower to cook 20 items
You can also win the verses achievement too:
The Rooting for you achievement in Overcooked! All You Can Eat worth 61 pointsWin a kitchen in Versus Mode

I believe this achievement will be unlocked naturally when playing through overcooked 2 campaign, specifically 5-2. (If somebody can confirm This that would be brilliant!)
However, this achievement can be unlocked on any level that has an oven/hob which is connected to at least 10 adjoining surfaces (tiles). Put something on to cook until it sets on fire and let it spread until it covers 10 tiles.
Overcooked 1 campign: 1-3 is the first possible level, burn any ingridient.
Overcooked 2 campaign: 1-3 is the first possible level, just burn the rice.

I Personally didn't try to get this achievement and don't actually remember getting it, I am assuming I got it in overcooked 2 - 5-2. This level has fire that shoots out of the middle periodically. When there is seconds 30 left, it shoots out 10 fireballs simultaneously and I am assuming this is where the achievements popped.

You can easily do this in Overcooked! 1-1. Just chop up an onion and put it in the pot and let it burn starting the fire. Now just watch as the fire spreads and when 10 tiles are on fire the trophy will unlock.
