Once the game launches, get 10 brown, 5 red and 5 green minions, put a guard marker for all 20 minions right outside the steps of your spawn gate. Immediately run to the other overlord's spawn gate. The other overlord in the meantime as soon as the game starts, should be making his way to where the minions are, at your spawn gate. Once there they will start attacking. You should now be at the other spawn gate, this will prevent the other overlord spawning at his gate so he will always spawn at your gate and get immediately attacked, there is a period of invinciblility but should be plenty time to get all 20 kills before the 10 mins are up. I got the 20 with 1 min to spare. Once the achievement pops quit the game and repeat with your friend now doing the above.

You're going to want to boost these since there are very few people actually playing and connection errors galore. Check the roadmap for details on how to set up your matches and please use the appropriate boosting thread for looking for partners. Overall these online trophies will take a total of 1 hour.

Note that all 20 kills must be in the same ranked match for this achievement to unlock. Each match is 10 minutes long, so you do not have a lot of time to spare.
When you spawn, move forward so you can see and then hold down 
to select the closest minion spawn point and press 
until you have all of the minions. Keep holding down and use 
to select all of your red, green, and brown minions times so that you have 20 minions. Note that you may have to move slightly to be able to select all three minion spawn points. The blue minions won't attack an overlord, so you can safely ignore them. They won't hurt anything if you select them accidentally, however. When you have all your minions, aim at the base of your spawn point (large blue light) and press 
to place a rally point for your minions. Then cross the map to your opponent's spawn point. It is down the hill and up the other side of the little valley, and you should be able to see the glowing blue light from almost anywhere on the map. You will want to stand at or near the spawn point for the rest of the match to prevent your opponent from respawning here.
In the meantime, your opponent needs to come across the map to your original spawn point where your minions are waiting. Once you are at his starting point, have him walk up to your minions who will kill him in a matter of seconds. He will respawn right next to them, and merely needs to walk out and wait for his spawn protection to wear off. The invulnerability lasts fifteen seconds, and it takes about five seconds for them to kill an overlord, so you will get approximately 3 kills every minute once you have everything set up.
The achievement will unlock in-game when the 20th kill is reached.

The easiest way to get it is by playing with a friend in a ranked match - Dominate mode.
Once the match starts, grab 5 brown, 5 red, and 5 green minions, place a guard marker for all the minions just outside your spawn gate steps, and quickly run to the other overlord's spawn gate.
The opposite Overlord, meanwhile, should come to your base, where your minions are located.

Note: In one match, only one player can get this achievement, because you need to kill more than the enemy (but not less than 20 times) , i.e. if you kill each other exactly 20 times, no one will get the achievement, someone will need to do one more kill than the other.
Whoever makes the most kills (+20 times) will receive the achievement.
Therefore, as soon as one of you gets the achievement, exit the game and repeat the same thing in a new match.
