Once Kelda is your first mistress buy her all the stuff with the name Kelda in it. Once you bought all the items there will be a cutscene with some heavy boucing bedsprings and curios minions.

This achievement is unlocked in the Private Quarters in Netherworld Tower, there you will have 2 important places to go, where the Mistresses are in a long corridor and you must press 
to make Kelda your first Mistress, and to the right of the corridor there is the room decorations where you must buy all things after making Kelda your first mistress, after buying all things there will be a scene and then at the end the achievement will be unlocked.

You can only buy all the things farther into the game. It wasn't until I had rescued the next mistress that I could buy more then two of Kelda's items.

When you have your second mistress you can buy the rest of the items for any mistress. Buy all of the items on a seperate save, watch the scene, and reload. This will cost your roughly around 3200 gold and can be done once you have Juno as a mistress.
