You'll find seven of them before you enter the second area. The rest are found after you've started using the greens, see the maps for locations.

There are 10 minions to rescue in the sidequest. They are trapped inside cocoons which you can smack down and split open. Seven of them will come as you explore the first area, and the last three as you enter the northern area (you need the green minions to break down a poison barrier to reach this part of the map). See the Map section of the guide for their exact locations, just be sure not to leave the area until you have them all.

After the shipwreck, you will find yourself in the Everlight jungle, where you need to find 10 minions from your team. You will find 7 minions before you find the gate to your tower, and you will find the remaining 3 after you get the green minions. You can view the location of unfound minions by selecting the quest "Find your mission crew" in the list of quests.

Almost a plot achievement. After you open the gates of the city of Elves! spoiler! A spider will attack your ship and destroy it, kidnapping your entire crew. You need to find 10 henchmen who are hanging in spider webs all over the island. It’s not so difficult - the main thing is to look into all the nooks and crannies, fortunately there are not many of them.
